![]() He always gets picked on for being short too, so prepare for that if you decide to commit to him. I absolutely love him and his playstyle and i think hes under appreciated in the Vindictus community. Honestly just try him out and get a feel for him. ![]() But at the end of the day his dps relies mostly on his main 4xL R combo, i almost always use the illusion punch in my combo too if i can fit it in without getting hit, or i'll dodge through the boss and illusion punch him from behind (probably my favorite thing to do as sylas). Around 40 attack speed he gets pretty consistantly fast and i you can consistantly do well with him. ![]() His dps increases significantly with attack speed so make sure to stack that as much as possible (Get a righteous or leopard scroll on your weapon, it will help so much). And about your solo question, he is pretty easy to solo with i think personally, back when i had more attack speed and my weapon hadn't boomed i could solo lugh pretty well with zero to one deaths each time. I really enjoy his gameplay and fighting style of building a combo and letting loose between attacks, you can also kite around the boss because your dodge lets you faze through enemies which is amazing for bosses like Havan or Muir. There are Sylas's out there with a lot better stats then me and they could probably give you a better run down of him since I've only mained him for like 8 months now. He seems pretty viable and I'll admit i don't use his active buffs much unless i want to heal myself or a party member, impulse zone i use sparingly unless its a sandbag boss (Braha and Kraken Head especially) or if the boss is being held by someone else. I personally wouldnt go past about 80 attack speed since it starts to get hard to land spirit rend in the combo. He relies alot on attack speed though, at end game your just stacking as much crit and attack speed on him. I don't have that good of stats, around 19k-20k m.att, 10k def, around 92 crit, and 33 attack speed, and I still top dps or i get within the top 3 dps in Season 3 raids. Honestly he is quite repetitive, but almost every character is if you want to maximize DPS. Its useful for clearing out loads of mobs.Īs for his viability in raids, he hits pretty hard with his main combo. In most dungeons i switch it up between 4xL R and 3xL R combos. The 4xL R combo is a common combo for getting the most shards, recently i started doing just the Saw and then immediately animation canceled into Spectral Sting, its a fun way to mix it up i suppose. ![]() Idk about changes but someone else mentioned that it’s probably patched out and I don’t see it on character creation anymore as a note.I main Sylas currently, i've mained him since the day he came out. YouTube comparisonĮdit: I’ve been gone from the game for a while and recently came back. Maybe there’s someone who can give a better insight on the newer end game content for height advantages. I’ll link a really old video of the difference between a min and max height character. It also doesn’t take that long to get them back to 50 should you choose to remake the character. However, I don’t think it matters to the point where you have to remake your character. But my example is also outdated since old raids like Ingkells aren’t end game content anymore. For example, when fighting Ingkells on a Fiona, there’s a sword swing that will miss your head if you sprint in a direction towards him which saves you a block.
